newborn just hours old and already have a blood blister. help!

Hi everyone!  I just had my baby today after a wonderfully short and sweet labor.  My baby is only 5 or so hours old and I already have a blood blister!  This is my second baby and I have never had one before.  What do I do about it??  Help please!

i actually had white colostrum (dried) on that spot so i think it must have taken skin off with it when he latched.  how/when does it go away?
