What are your favorite brands and sources of traditional food products, supplies, equipment? sprouted flour, grass-fed meats, sea salt, spices, herbs, coconut oil, etc?

For meat, I try to buy local as much as possible. I do usually buy conventional lamb, because it's already so expensive, and buying pastured lamb is even more so (though we're thinking of buying a whole or half from a local farm to help with the cost!) We raise our own chickens for meat, though I've only got one left in the freezer! So again, I'll buy local. And same for beef and pork :)

Coconut oil, I like the Nutiva extra virgin. Dh doesn't like the coconut flavor, so get Tree of Life for him. It's still organic and expellar pressed, but it doesn't have the coconut taste.

I've been using Real Salt, I like that it's so fine. Herbs, I usually just whatever the organic is they have at Kroger. I still have mostly conventional dried spices, I'm just trying to replace with organic (whatever is cheapest) as I use them up.
