Did I luck out with my son's doctor?

I decided while I was pregnant that I didn't want to bring my baby to a pediatrician.  I see a family practice doctor and I love her, so I figured that it would be easier to just bring him to the same woman.  In all of the times that she has seen my baby naked- granted he is only 12 weeks so it hasn't been a LOT of times- she has never said anything about his intact penis.  Not a word.  She has never touched it, only his scrotum to check his testicles.  It leads me to wonder, are family practice doctors less likely to be circ happy than pediatricians?  What have your experiences been like?

We use a pediatrician (when we go, which is rarely) but they never tried any shenanigans, either.  They usually have PA students there observing and learning, so I take that opportunity to educate the PAs myself, and one time the ped agreed with me.

 I take DS to a pediatrician (actually, we saw several in the practice before deciding which one to see regularly) on a regular WBV schedule. I've never had an issue with retraction and his intact state has never been brought up, and there is a diaper check at every visit as I recall. I'm always surprised to hear that people have such difficulties with their peds, as that has not at all been the case for us.
