Recommended pre-TTC blood tests?

I'm planning to get some blood work done before I start TTC #2.  I want to make sure they check folate, ferritin, iron, and maybe vitamin D.  Is there anything that would be a good idea to request?

Thyroid - specifically, free T3 and free T4.  Some say there are a lot of undiagnosed hypothryoid women in America.  It can affect your fertility, but more importantly, low levels during pregnancy can cause problems for baby in intelligence and development, as baby relies on your thyroid during part of preg (until theirs starts producing hormones on its own).

Thanks.  I'll look into that and mention it to the doc.  I plan on going to a naturopath.
