It's often mentioned as " a sign." Do you really think it's a sign? I feel like almost every baby and child I see has it!?!?

Yes, I do. However, it IS distinctive in appearance and not all under-eye folds would be considered a Dennie-Morgan fold. I think edema would be the defining factor. I think so many people have food allergies & intolerances (or are eating things that AREN'T even FOOD), and environmental allergies and chemical/fragrance sensitivities that I am not surprised to see signs everywhere. I laughed when I first read the list of "symptoms" of atopy and here I spent my whole life thinking I was healthy!

I don't think so. How does your lo sleep? Do you have a family history of atopy (asthma, hayfever, eczema, food allergies, environmental allergies)?

My DD has 23 food allergies and a few enviromental/pet. My DH had 20+ food allergies + enviromental as a child and hasn't outgrown the food allergies plus he had asthma. My mother in law has confirmed food and enviromental allergies as well. Also, my 4yo has bad eczema and it flares when she has something shes allergic to.

He sleeps on his side sometimes, sometimes on his back. We co-sleep.
