I've tried some diff. types of diets over the past few years, from raw, to grain free, to veggie.
A few things that have been pretty consistent....

I eat a pretty clean diet, with almost no dairy, breads or soy a lot of veggies, but fruit, infrequently. I eat meat once or twice a week.

It seems that no matter what I eat, a big salad, a large apple, a modest size bowl of beans and greens, or "meat and potatos" type of meal, any thing of a "normal" meal size, I get tired, bloated and have a "sugar crash" type of reaction. Digestion seems to take for ever, AND I can't seem to loose any weight.
I'm about 15-20lbs overweight and have been for several years.

Eating anything but snack sized meals leave me exhausted, bloated and tired, but snacking all day will leave me hungry and dizzy.

SO, Im wondering if a digestive enzymes might help, and what kind/brand?
