OP, why did you cut out those foods in particular? If you have an older child with food issues, or you've got health issues yourself that you've worked on via food elimination, it may be a different situation.

Also, regardless of what you eliminate or don't, consider a good quality probiotic. JaneS has one in her siggy that I think is dairy and soy free (almost sure)--it's specifically for infants, though, I almost forgot to say that, and that's important. For my kids, digestive stuff was a combo of food intolerances and bacterial imbalance in the gut, and addressing them separately was more effective than just doing food elimination. But it's not clear yet, from what you've written, if food is the issue.Â
