Do you guys use/eat Stevia during pregnancy? My doc says it's fine. Dr. Mercola says it's fine. It's not a chemical. It's really only in two things I eat/drink. It's in my protein shake (which I need since I am having a hard time getting protein in) and in my Crystal Lite Fitness packets. They just have evaporated cane juice and a little stevia (rebiana). I sometimes get sick of plain water and those little Crytal Lite's are great.
Do you guys use Stevia? If I need to add sweetness to something, I use sugar, but Stevia is already in these two products. What do you ladies think?
