Hi there -

I first learned of Mothering from a friend who loves the magazine. She passed a copy on and I read it, but didn't really get too into it.  Then my coworkers gave me a one year subscription as a gift so I checked out the online version and the website.  I have to say that I really appreciate the forums.  Was on babycenter most of my pregnancy but a lot of the "conversation" was a waste of time.  Even though I don't practice all of the crunchy hippy granola stuff promoted by Mothering this seems like a place with some level of maturity and thoughtfulness at least.  Look forward to learning more!
