Here is my routine (in theory): every Saturday I do 1-2 hours of prenatal yoga. Every Sunday I swim 8-14 Olympic-size laps. Every other day of the week I walk for a minimum of 1 mile, and sometimes up to 4 miles.
I have been skipping a lot of my walking lately though, and feeling guilty because come on, how lazy am I if I can't even *walk?* Especially since when I got pregnant I was in the middle of doing P90X and all that intense activity just pretty much ended when my morning sickness started.
I know the important thing is just to keep active, and the intensity level is secondary to that. So I guess I'm not doing so bad! I am definitely feeling a lot better physically in this pregnancy than my last (when I did a tiny bit of yoga and nothing else) so I'm glad I'm at least making some effort. Now the last 2 months may get challenging as I get bigger and the weather gets hotter.
