Particularly the OJ with l-glutamine, and the Trace Mineral Research electrolytes taken regularly throughout labor?

My last labor was before WAPF started putting out this type of info, but I did use the trace minerals during that labor and I recommend it.

I used magnesium during labor and I take some of those other supplements regularly (and did throughout my last pregnancy.) I would start taking them now, wherever you are in your pregnancy they can be helpful. The trace minerals, I would try rubbing the original trace minerals liquid form into your skin rather than take a pill, that way you bypass any bad digestion issues. During labor you may not want to eat at all or drink anything with a strong taste. I use the ionic magnesium and rub it into my skin daily-though I may try the trace minerals original to get more of a broad spectrum of minerals.

Not the Trace Minerals (although I used those during my pregnancy), but I did use Emergen'C during labor.  It was helpful, and I'd use it again.
