Resource for Greek and Latin word roots

Thread Starter

I'm looking for good resources on Greek and Latin word roots, prefixes, and affixes, preferably cheap and easily accessible. DS1 (7) is interested in the structure of words and how words relate to each other and I am looking for something that will be good as a reference for years to come.

TIA

I'm not sure what the books are like, but as I was just researching Charlotte Mason, I came across books called Latin is Not So Tough and Greek is Not so Tough.  You could look at the descriptions of those.

English From The Roots Up is one. It isn't particularly expensive, and I've heard about people using just the book and making their own flash cards as part of the learning, or using just the flash cards and skipping the book, so you don't have to buy both.
