Just wondering how long it normally takes and I realize everyone is different!  I know after we had our first loss and I gave birth to our twin boys my cycle came back either the next month or one month later.  Also, is  there anything I can do to help to get back on a normal AF routine or encourage her to come sooner?  I'm looking to do a FET after one full cycle and would like to do it sooner than later.
