Hmm. Well I think a healthy lifestyle is obviously foremost. Eat well, take your vitamins, stay active. B6 improves LP so that could reduce the risk of "low pregesterone" miscarriages. Antioxidants improve egg quality which definitely helps! That's all I can really think of at the moment.
