Hello from Dallas

Hello all,

I just joined the site and was very pleased to find it! I have been doing some networking with other moms and this looks like a great place to start!

I am a 30 year old married mom of three girls. Elizabeth Rose, 7, Magdalene Therese, 3 and Nicaea Grace 10 weeks old. My DH and I have been married for 8 years now and we live in Dallas, TX. 

I currently work for our family doctor and I LOVE it! For the first time ever I am able to have my baby at work with me. Not only can I have my daughter with me but I am also working in an environment that I believe in and love. My doctor(now boss) is an MD who practices homeopathy. I have seen many different ailments and illnesses treated naturally and with amazing results. Anything from the common cold to childhood developmental disorders such as ADD and Autism. I love being a part of another persons healthy living.

ANYWAY, yes, I love my job. LOL.

Have you been living here in Dallas...or did you relocate here?

You will find some great advise/love/support here. Most everyone here is very peaceful and around to help if needed.

LOL! I know. Many people are not able to say that. I am so glad that I can!! I have lived in Dallas since I was 4 years old..so I am pretty much from here. My parents relocated from Ohio so that my dad could attend seminary.

Welcome to MDC! I'm in Dallas as well. Do you happen to work for Dr. Bekker? I'm sure there are others, but Bekker is MD/homeopath I hear about all the time so I was just wondering.

He's just one of the most commonly named homeopaths among the local crunchy mamas, in my experience. He's been recommended many times here on MDC (and other sources) when people ask for local pediatrician references. 

I am so jealous that you get to take your LO to work but that is wonderful! I wish we could all do that.
