Adding a link to my siggy

I am trying to link to here in Q&A in my siggy but I cannot get the link to stay in there. It gives me the pop up box I put the link in and it shows up in the preview but then when I hit submit the link is gone. I am using BBC Editor. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, the ability to host a link in signatures was discontinued in June of 2009. Only those who are staff or Advertisers or those who have non-profit permission are allowed to place hyperlinks or list web addresses, blogs, etc. in their signatures.
