Finding where User Agreement/Rules are located?

I was looking around trying to find where MDC's user agreement/rules are and couldn't find them. Now, it is very possible I am missing this because of the new look and I automatically filter out much of the "stuff" on the pages other than text, but I tried and couldn't find it.

I definitely think this should be easily found and at the very least, listed in  a few different places that people would look for it, or beginning users would start at (Forum  main page, welcome page, even possibly on the every page menu/drop down somewhere).  I know nobody really reads the whole thing, etc.... but if they can't find it or are reminded of it, from time to time, then it is even less likely

I wanted to remind myself of a few things since I'm always posting local events of interest and I don't want to inadvertently post a link or something that I shouldn't.

Hi! The rules (User Agreement) are located via "Privacy/TOS" located in the purple area at very the bottom of each page and also in the wikis (link at the top of the page) : http://www.mothering.com/community/wiki/user-agreement. New members must agree to them prior to registering their account, too.

We're anxiously awaiting a "Quick Links" feature at the top of each page which will host links to commonly referred to information about membership such as the UA, signatures, avatars, paid subscriptions, privacy, FAQ, etc. We hope this will provide a simple one-stop location for the most important wikis.

I'm also working to get the UA back on each page in a feature we previously had to disable. A link to it should be returning to a page near you shortly. Many of the individual forums have Guidelines linked in the tan area on top of the thread list which also links to the User Agreement. And, of course I agree that having the rules close by is important and helpful.

Thanks Amy-

I admit my filtering is rather good for browsing websites, but sometimes when I actually need to tune in, it makes it hard.  I'm glad it is on the radar...
