Pg again and planning UC #2

One year almost to the day of miscarring my baby boy at 23 weeks, I find out I am pregnant again. What joy and grief wrapped up in one. Praying for a healthy pg this time. taking much better care of myselfthis time arond and fingers are crossed for a healthy pg and safe UC.
