I'm just starting to use a diaphragm and I picked up the only spermicide that they had. The box says that I can insert it up to an hour before DTD, but I was under the impression I could go longer before. Is there a spermicide that I can do it longer than that? Anyone have a spermicide that they like a lot? I've never used spermicide before so I have no idea what I'm even looking for in a "good" spermicide.Â
