Non-invasive methods of treating adenoids and otitis

My 3 y.o. has enlarged adenoids and ENT sees fluid in his ears for several months (at least 4). ENT wants to remove his adenoids and put tubes in his ears. Does anyone have any experience of treating these with no surgery?

Thank you!

Does he have environmental allergies or food allergies/intolerances? Fluid in ears can be from milk and/or gluten. If you haven't tried removing those. Not sure what you've tried already.

Not that we know of. We have tried removing milk products from his diet. Didn't give him any for about 1,5 months and didn't see any visible changes, so started giving him some cheese and yogurt. It's hard not to give him any dairy and gluten products, since he is a picky eater and doesn't eat any fruit and vegetables, so all he eats is pasta, rice, meat, fish, bread, cheese and yogurt.

We take him to chiropractor for several months and have gone to homeopath as well...
