Wondering about BF consultant titles

I understand what is required to become an IBCLC, but can anyone tell me the difference of a breastfeeding counselor and a breastfeeding educator?

Counselors work directly with bfing moms, can do phone support, physical visits, etc... Educators usually teach bfing education classes. There is one program out there, maybe more that gives you both the titles in one course.
