I really want to get one.  I used my friends' when we were visiting and it was amazing. (especially if your house has stairs.)  There are quite a few to choose from.  Any tips?

I was a little weirded out by the fact that neighbors with a monitor can see my baby, but she said that's not true for the digital ones.
