Raised bumps on back and torso?

My 3yo has small raised bumps all over her back, torso and some on her arms. You can't even see them if you're looking at her. I just felt them when I was changing her clothes earlier. They almost look like goose bumps but they're all over. Any idea what this could be? She has been having more bm's than normal but other than that everything is normal. My oldest does have excema but it manifests differently. We were exposed to shingles a few weeks ago but I don't think that is what we're dealing with. Thanks for any input.

Could it be molescum contageosum?  My son's started out as a couple of spots on his back, but they started spreading about 6 months or so.  We are now using ozinated olive oil and they are going away.

That is one of many food allergy symptoms that DD has.

It's something that my DD2 showed up with a few weeks ago, and I'm pretty sure it's a food intolerance symptom. It's kind of sandpapery feeling, raised bumps. Not itchy.

I've been thinking about it and I think I noticed them a few months ago too. She weaned a little under a year ago. I'm wondering if it's dairy.
