New Michigan governor—anybody campaigning against Medicaid circ payment?

Tonight in his State of the State address I heard the new Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder talk about finding ways to save on healthcare costs in the state. I was thinking this might be the perfect time to campaign against Medicaid funding for newborn circumcision, as was recently done successfully in South Carolina.

Does anyone know of a group that's doing this or that could organize an effort? I don't have time to commit to leading the charge, but have some State Rep and State Senator friends I'd be willing to contact for support and I'd be glad to write letters.

I would contact Norm Cohen at the Michigan NOCIRC chapter. http://www.nocircofmi.org/ They are pretty active I am sure they have something going for this.
