having trouble deleting messages from my inbox

going through my inbox trying to clean house.  i'll delete messages, but then they seem to reappear.  what am i doing wrong?

Hi! It's not you. This issue of trashed PMs not being deleted has been reported, but I don't have a date on when it will be resolved. So, for now, you can continue to trash PMs so they're out of your main inbox, but I believe they will simply remain in the trash folder until the bug is fixed. I will update you if I learn any information on when trash will actually be trashed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

ok, well, i was wondering why i couldn't permanently delete messages in the trash folder, but my issue is that messages i delete from the inbox and sent folders reappear in those folders.  it seems like i have to delete them several times for it to stick.

 

anyway, thanks for the response.

Oh, I see. That might be something new. I just tried and didn't have a problem getting my inbox cleared. What browser and operating system are you running?

 

If anyone else is having a problem deleting messages, please post to let us know.

using windows vista and firefox.
