I have a T Tapp question

I only have the book right now. I'm curious to know which exercise if good for back fat! Or if it's just the total workout that works on that.

the whole work out.  I love Basic workout plus its 15 min and is awesome I also do legs.  BUT you have to learn points of perfection in order to get the best results
