PMS worse while bf?

Has anyone found that they have worse PMS while breastfeeding? I have much worse PMS now--moodiness, no energy, even mid-cycle cramps when ovulating.

Is this your first baby?  PMS before children for me was virtually nonexistent, now I am like a mad woman.  Hopefully some other mamas will have some advice for you for relief.

This is my second, but I only had a couple of cycles before getting pregnant with my second, so it's really the first time I've had many regular cycles since having kids. Also, up until a couple of months before my first, I was taking birth control pills, which probably reduced the PMS.

I have worse PMS now, but for some reason I figured it was just how it will be post-pregnancy, not that it was because I'm still nursing. I've also been getting the mid-cycle cramps, been having them today in fact. If it went away after DS is done nursing I'd be very pleased.

A couple months ago I was depressed (which is abnormal for me) and having awful PMS cramps (also abnormal). After trying various things I decided that it was related to adrenal fatigue (from stress and exhaustion postpartum). I started taking a mega B complex and omega 3 and I felt better within a month - and the cramping went away. I don't know if it was related to breastfeeding, but I definitely felt like it was related to nutrition and not taking good care of myself after the baby.

I just had my 3rd period since having my daughter. I never had PMS symptoms before I had her, but now I get depressed and really angry, I get awful cramps, and my face breaks out. The changes in mood are what is so dramatically different (and honestly, pretty disturbing).
I did have some serious adrenal fatigue going on but got treated, and while it made me feel worlds better in general it did nothing for this crazy PMS.
