red streak under left breast

Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?  I'm pretty sure it's not my bra, I noticed it this morning after not wearing a bra for 12ish hours.  Also, my bras are all shot and I need new ones.  I have occasionally felt an itch, is does not hurt, is not tender to the touch, and doesn't feel hotter than the rest of my skin.  It is flaky.  My dh says I look like I have a wide scratch.

Are you breastfeeding? If so, maybe it is from mastitis??

No I haven't for over 3 years.  I forgot to mention that in my previous post.

perhaps yeast?  Is it in the fold under your breast where moisture can get trapped?  The flakiness with some itch makes me think yeast, though of course it could be other things.
