I'm seriously puzzled, mostly because this does not seem to be resolving. I had a babe 4 weeks ago, and ever since, I've had very, very tender feet. It's not the whole foot, it's just the soft bit on the inside of both feet, sort of between the arch and the heel. I actually think this is one of the accupressure points associated with the uterus (?). It's not getting better at all! It's worse in the evening/at night, and is mostly a dull sort of ache unless pressure is applied, in which case it's pretty major pain. Wanna play random, obscure cause detective with me? More importantly, how do I get rid of this!? 'Cause I really love foot rubs, and they are NOT an option currently.
