What the heck does all this mean? There are IgG food Antibody, IgE food Antibody and then Immunologic Markers...My ped tried to explain, but I think I wasn't really listening b/c all I heard was  blah blah She needs to eliminate XYZ completely( I was really pregnant and emotional at the time). It's been 2 months since I got the results and I am ready now but I just need to know why I am doing this........The reasons we did the test in the first place is due to some behavioral issues she has, red cheeks and cold sores occasionally. The strange part is is that she is not always like this. She can go months acting normal, normal cheeks and no cold sores but then all of the sudden, like this past week, her cheeks are flaming, she had a cold sore and her behavior is atrocious, I can not even handle her at all. But she had been fine since the beginning of October.......Nothing has changed for her diet wise.........please help me. I can post the results if anybody knows what they meanblowkiss.gif

I just had the Ige done for my 4yo. She has intermittent red cheeks, cold sores, splotchiness on body, crazy behavior. Normal level is 40 or below. She tested at 165. Her sensitivities are numerous, including wheat, peanut, berries, melon, tomato, avocado, celery...I'm a bit overwhelmed. The ped said to work clinically, meaning eliminate the foods, then rotate back in. She also said DD may grow out of it.

The results ranged from 0 (no sensitivity) to 1s and 2s. I think the test goes up to six. Ped said to focus on the 2s.

Sorry your dd is going through it,too.
