Hi, I dont know where to start , Well yesterday i went to court becuse my daughters father was to have visition and to be able to choose school ,doctors ,religious belifes. he has not see my daughters since 2003. And then to find out at the time he was expecting his 3rd child with someone elese. He has mad no other attemps to contact them .. We are in bad terms .. my daughters are 13 And 15 . I asked my oldest what she thought ? she said why now ! We dont even know him.. Im happy where ia at ... my 13 yr dosenot  rember him and dosent want too... He was a uncareing person .. He did not want my youngest .. and she is the most danmage..Not only is there an agreshon problme but is in a speacil day class in shool .. I have try to protect my daughters from harm and now its back in our lives ..

Unfortunately, he may be able to get some visitation, even though he's walking in after many years. You might be able to get the judge to listen to your dd's. I've heard that at their ages, they will take their wants into account.

It's my understanding that while he might be able to get visitation, he'd need some sort of custody to be allowed to have input into schools and religion and such.
