Beans, beans, the magical fruit....

I'm looking for good bean recipes. I've got 25lbs of pinto beans in the freezer that we need to eat through. I will warn you though, we are not really adventurous eaters, and DH hates curries. So what tastes good with beans? Thanks!

Any kind of (cold) bean salad w/salsa or tomatoes, onion etc., enchiladas, bean dip... I've once also made beanballs (think small meat balls but with beans) and added to spaghetti & sauce. DH wasn't a fan of it, but I liked them.

Pintos go with a lot of stuff!

Mexican- burritos, burrito bowls, mexican rice and beans, bean soup.

I love bean burgers made with pintos.

BBQ baked beans (a huge favorite in our house), with mashed potatoes and a salad.

Puree them up and hid in sauces and soups.

I use them in taco salad, nachos, burritos (with sauteed onions and peppers), make bean dip, etc. Luckily, dry beans last a long time!

I make them in the crockpot, 4 to 1 water to beans ratio. When they are cooked, I add seasonings and salt and cook a little longer.
