Is family history a 'medical' reason not to vaccinate or does the actual child have to have an adverse reaction? Both my older brother and uncle are autistic and my mother and other brother have other learning disabilities. I don't know if its related to anything that could have been prevented but it makes me really nervous.

How long does a medical waiver last? Can it be overturned by a doctor who doesn't agree? Does it cross state lines if we move?
