DH and I are currently doing the 17 day diet (me kind of modified since I am nursing). (only eating fruits, veggies, whole milk plain yogurt, eggs, chicken and fish and some rice and beans) I am wondering how we can use this as a starting point to having mostly home cooked, whole foods in our house. I think we may do ezikiel bread and tortillas and some such processed foods, but mostly I want to cook from scratch and have more nutritious foods in the house for all of us.
Is there a meal planning site/ recipe bank that I can find this stuff?
Also, any books that people just LOVE!
