Grass-like Poop Question

I'm very sorry if this isn't the place to post this.  My 7 week old daughter had recently been having green poops with what looks likes dried grass in them.  Obviously she doesn't eat grass (LOL), so what could be causing this and should I be worried?

I think this should go in the general breastfeeding forum, but I did have a similar experience with my son when he was only a few weeks old and I read somewhere that it was something to do with the GI tract flushing dead cells or something to that extent. I see that you posted this question over a week ago, so I would expect things to be back to normal by now. If not, I would get it checked out because it probably shouldn't last more than a day or two.
