Thank you.

Your welcome, I'm glad it was helpful.  Since you are so scared of being demonized read the book about abuse by Lundy Bancroft that I recommended earlier - especially if its your ex that is making you feel like you will be demonized.  Thats a classic abuse victim fear.

Just ordered the book you suggested.

I will read it after I'm done with Love Shock, which BTW, is really helping.

  • Polymorpheous has your current agreement been court certified and made into a court order?

  •

  • Does it address either parent moving from the immediate area? You should have this built into the agreement if at all possible ASAP.

  •

  • Also the best course of action would be for you to consult a local lawyer (potentially a few if possible) ASAP about your concerns and they should be able to address you concerns and advise what the local courts would likely do with the situation.

It is a stipulation. A legal agreement that we turned into the state. I don't think it will be court ordered, but once beuacracy catches up with it I'd imagine that it would be court certified.

No it does not. Nor was there any mention of this on the stipulation paperwork.
