Hi all! I haven't been on here for a while, ever since last year when I had some problems with mold in my house.
Â
It has been a difficult, tiring year for us - but we are finally back in our house. The mold has not been completely remediated, since we were working with the town for a grant and they had a limited amount of money. But they removed the source of it and we are working on the rest in bits and pieces.
Â
We were surprised to find out we are going to have another (DS is 2.5 yo). While we are elated about this, the nausea is much worse than with my first.Â
Â
The prenatal vitamins were also contributing to the nausea, and I had to stop taking them. Unfortunately, they were the only ones I could find without dairy, soy, corn, wheat or yeast in them.
Â
I could use some help getting some kind of nutrition for this pregnancy. With nausea and food aversions, and now no prenatal vitamins it's so hard to eat right for this baby. Also doesn't help that Kathy's website was hijacked! So sorry to hear about that, Kathy.
Â
Does any one know of a list of foods that will give me all nutritional requirements for the day? Or can you point me to a thread?
Â
Here are the things I have been able to keep down :
Green smoothies with Kale (this is on its way out...gag)
Brown rice puffs with SD coconut milk
Blueberries (about a pint a day)
Yellow potato with coconut oil and sea saltc (on it's way out, plus I have a hard time with nightshades)
TM Ginger tea
Fruit leathers
SD chocolate ice cream
Bananas
Tomatoes, cucumbers with ACV, salt, cilantro
Â
I went on to WAP, and they really go for the dairy. I'm allergic to dairy, so this will not help me.
Â
Ladies, please help!! I feel like I'm starving this poor baby.
