Sunning out stains in a cold climate

I need to sun out some breastmilk enzyme stains from baby clothes that were in storage. I need to do it before mid-March. I live in Michigan, and the sun seems to almost never shine here, and even when it does, it's super-cold. Has anyone had any luck doing this during this time of year in a northern climate?

Wait for a sunny day, wet the stains with lemon juice and hang out the clothes.  It may take a few tries and you'll want to wash them after (so there's no leftover lemon juice on there to touch baby's skin).  I used to freeze my diapers out on the line regularly!    thumb.gif
