Infinate harness on efta no longer clicks into place

I have a e-mail into the company but I have a evenflo triumph advanced (dom Aug 14 07) and the infinate harness no longer clicks into position and just freely moves up and down. I just wanted to make sure it is still safe to use. It stays in place ok once I have dd buckled in to it.  I "think" it is ok but just wondering.

I would call them up and ask before you go anywhere, just in case (sometimes emails take a while for a response)

Yeah, if they don't get back to me before I need to use it which will be no time this week I will have to. When I emailed them they said they would respond in 48 hours so I hope they do. Thanks.

Figured I would update this incase anyone needs the info. They e-mailed me back and said as long as the straps are still tightening (and they are) that it is still safe to use.
