Looking for AP Families for a playgroup in Paducah KY area

Just move here, having trouble locating anyone else who uses AP. Feeling lost and alone. Anyone else out there? I am willing to coordinate a group

Hi Star,

I am originally from that area and playing to move back soon. If you are still looking for AP families, I suggest asking to put up a flyer at Heath Health Foods in Lone Oak. When I worked there a couple years ago, there were a few AP families that shopped there. I would love have AP friends as well. I will be moving back within the next few months most likely. Hi Serena!

 

How exciting! Can't wait to meet you. Since the post I have started a Meetup group. We have 8 members in the Murray/Paducah area already! Here is the link: http://www.meetup.com/NaturalParentingPaducah/   I am, however, looking to move the group to another site then Meetup since it is costing me $19 a month!!! Ouch! Thank you for the Heath suggestion. I had been thinking along the lines of the Library etc., I love Heath! Things are progressing there is even now a chapter of ICAN.

Have you considered just starting a group on Facebook? That would be free.

I'll definantly have to join. My husband is eligible for transfer in October, so hopefully we'll be back around then.
