:welcome Thomas!

I'll always be MIA on weekends - busy job taking care of critical animals smile.gif
I'm pretty unmotivated today, but I have done a couple of 15 minute sessions. I moved the kids' cubbies from the porch into the house and rearranged the dining room so that they would fit. I'm so sick of having a pile of winter clothing at the door because it's too cold to hang outside. My mom went and bought the kids tons of new stuff this weekend, so I still have that to go through. Let's see, I have a list a mile long...

sort new clothes
sort strewn clothes
loads of laundry
loads of dishes
kids room
move Wii upstairs to our bedroom, away from kids
declutter dining room
clean off counters
clean off table
sweep and mop floors
vacuum living room
make beds

I did put chili in the crockpot, so at least dinner is taken care of smile.gif

I'm beat - I fought for at least an hour with our hopmad.gif washing machine and managed to get one load done, I think. I haven't gone down in awhile because I'm afraid I'll break it for good bag.gif

Got the kids to school and home, made a bank deposit, paid the mortgage, sorted through bills and miscellaneous paper clutter, went to the gym, and dinner is in the oven. All in all, a pretty decent day.

We're going to have company on Friday. We rarely have company other than family and have never had this couple over. The way I see it though is that I will clean up what I can and if they don't like us because of our house, then we're not meant to be friends, right? I can't do it ALL with 3 kids under 5, a dog, 4 cats, and a husband. Not to mention studying and work. wink1.gif

*cleared the kitchen (dishes rinsed, counters clean)
*made the bed
*straightened the living room
*wiped down the bathrooms
*took out the trash
*helped DD decorate her room with new posters
*started the laundry wash.gif

I hope to:
*study well soon lol.gif

Hope you're having a good day.

Today I had one of those days when I just couldn't get the energy to do much, so decided to listen to my body and just do whatever I could manage.

Done:

clipped DS's nails

emptied dishwasher

made coffee

dried towels

Made 2 beds

stripped sheets off 2 beds

washed sheets

banked cheques

transferred money

posted work

lazed in front of TV orngtongue.gif

Actually now that I write it out, I did a bit more than I realised!

To do:

clean microwave

prepare zucchini fritters

fold towels

make beds x 2 with clean sheets

change handtowels

I have a miserable teething baby today - he's cutting four molars at once - so I haven't done much cleaning. I did, however, sort through the kids' books and got rid of about 20 that I hated reading, and I got rid of four large garbage bags full of toys from the playroom and playroom closet! WITHOUT the kids noticing!

I also have vacuumed, rescheduled an appointment, took the garbage out, and tidied up the playroom. I still have to do the dishes, sweep, tidy up the kitchen, and possibly bake cookies with the boys.

Bejeweled you do seem brighter...either it's those antibiotics or the banana smoothie!
