I'm a Doula and a friend of mine is an amazing photographer, and she's looking to get into birth photography. I was wondering if any of y'all have had a photographer at birth, or are going to, and what your experience has been. I know that as the photographer, it's important for her to lay low and be a fly on the wall to not interrupt the birthing mama, any tips? Anything I should tell her of? I've had two babies, long labors, both turned CS, and in now way feel that having a photographer there would have been good for me at that time, but, in a way, I wish I had the photos to look back on.
