bum genius help

Hello,

We have beenusing bum genius 3.0 diapers for nearly 2 years.  Alll of a sudden without changing how we wash them they have been leaking after 1 pee.  Last night ds had a night time doubler on and it was leaked out within 1 hour.  Is there anything I can do to try and fix the problem?  We are so close to being done with them due to hopes of potty training but I was hoping to use them all the way until he was not needing diapers.

All my 3.0s lost their leg elastic within about 3 weeks of each other - could that possibly be happening to yours? That caused immediate leaks.

Or, have you tried stripping them?

I called the store where I purchased them and we deduced that the new soap I wash my clothes with is leaving a film on the washer and then a film on the diapers.  I have soaked the machine and rewashed the diapers twice in just hot water hoping this is the remedy.

The elastic is still good.
