Can Happiest baby on the block work for older babies?

I saw a dvd of this at a used bookstore but wanted to see what age this good up to.  My babe just turned five months...would it still work for him or is it more for newborns?  TIA!

I think it could; I still use some of the techniques from HBotB at 9.5 months old! The swinging her back and forth, shushing and swaddle still work like a charm for my girl.

I still use white noise for naps and at night....we co-sleep and the white noise is something I myself have used for years.

Awesome..thanks!! By the way, I got the dvd and works so far..he likes the shhhhh. :)
