Hello to you all, my husband and I are looking for childcare 2 days a week (or equivalent) for our 17 month old son. I'm finding it really hard to find someone who has a similar style as us i.e. based on attachment, authentic (Naomi Aldort type stuff), trusting our toddler and using leadership not authority where necessary etc.

We'd be open to all sorts of ideas or arrangements so if you can help please let us know. We live in St Albans but i'd be willing to travel up to about half an hour by car each day if we could find the right situation. We'd also welcome someone who wants to come and look after him at our home (though we can't accomodate someone live-in.)
