I've heard that these are terrible quality slings.  The reviews I read said that they're made out of the same quality fabric as nursing covers (but I've never felt those either so I don't know what that means!)  The reviews also said that the fabric is way too thin and they make shipping so expensive that it's a total rip off.

I got their free carrier a couple months ago, they did the same freebie promotion at Thanksgiving time too. Just used the carrier a couple times to try it out with my peanutsized 20 month old, and I'm not a fan. I got it really to use for the baby I'm expecting, so while I'm not totally sold on it, I haven't had a chance to use it for its intended purpose yet. The previous commenter mentioned the quality of the fabric. This is my first sling used that I haven't made myself and well, its not the fabric I would have chosen to baby carry with. Its stiff and not very soft (I also haven't washed it yet). I just think I'm not a fan of pouch slings. Overall, I wish I'd have saved the $15 it cost for shipping and return insurance!

I got it too. I have not used it but it looks pretty crappy in person. I'm really disappointed and doubt I'll ever use it. I might sell it or something or maybe give it away FFS which real shipping costs are certainly far less than the company put on their site. Total rip off.
