My GP just advised me to start taking a tsp of cod liver oil daily because my Vit D level was a bit low. Â I'm on day 3 and really don't like it - plus I'm 8 wks pregnant and don't need anything adding to the nausea! Â

I'm taking a prenatal with 400 units of Vit D in it and wonder if that's sufficient.

Anyone else taking cod liver oil? Â Ideas about how to make it more palatable, or other equally high-quality sources of Vit. D? Â
