where can I donate?

I have OS and have donated through milkshare (I think it's called).  I know there is another resource out there that charges the receiver for the milk, and I'm a little less interested in that.  Is there anywhere else I can donate?  My freezer is overfull again and I don't want to toss it, but there are more donors than moms who need it in my area.

I'm a low supply mom and have been able to meet up with moms via "Eats on Feets". You might check to see if you have one set up near you?

Here you go Mama! Find your local chapter there and I'm sure a mama in need will find you.

I've never heard of a place that made you pay. If you donate to a milk bank, rather than to a person, use one on this list: http://www.hmbana.org/ . They'll even ship you a container if you need it. They'll pay all shipping costs. You need a blood test and a note from your ped to donate.  There milk most goes to preemies in hospitals and failure to thrive babies. Watch out, too, because there are some nasty for profit banks out there.
