mild reaction to Hib, would you continue the series?

I need help weighing the risks/benefits of the Hib Vaccine. DD had the first shot of the series at her 18 month appointment, and all the rest of that day the thigh they had given it to her in seemed to be sore. I'm trying to decide if I want to continue the series now, wait until she's older, or just forgo the rest of the series altogether.

To me, the sore leg is the least worrying of all the reactions. Personally speaking, I would continue with the vaxes if this were all the symptoms my child exhibited.

You are done with the hib series if your first dose is given after 15 months :)

should have double-checked the catch-up schedule. My Ped specifically mentioned getting the next dose, so I'll have to print that out and talk to him about it.
