I am almost 2 weeks past trying to conceive (believe I ovulated on teh 17th or 18th day and my period usually comes around the 31st). I was on my feet all day and today I'm having pains on the left side of my abdomen (2inches below and 2 inches to the left of my belly button). Could this be pregnancy?  This would be my 2nd child and I didn't have this with the 1st. Any thoughts?Â
